This is an integral role within the Operations team, that requires a skilled and strategic individual who is looking for a role that offers a lot of freedom and autonomy. You are someone who is passionate about the success of the business, supporting the leaders of W12, as well as the people that seek to make the business as successful as possible across all employee levels.

  • You will contribute to the strategic direction of the studio

  • You will have responsibility of all HR general topics such as: learning and development, performance management, employee engagement and managing employee relation issues.
  • You will co-ordinate the salary review process and support with payroll, compensation and benefits issues.
  • Actively contribute to the HR plans and make recommendations to improve overall business performance.

  • Provide advice on escalation of serious or complex issues

  • Create, deliver and maintain a long-term strategy and culture that allows the studio to develop and thrive.

  • Build strong business relationships with internal partners at TCS Interactive
  • Coach our people managers on HR related topics
  • Ensure compliance across TCS processes & systems
  • Participate in attrition analysis, investigates reasons, conducts exit interviews & implement actions to increase retention

  • You should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant HR role, preferably CIPD qualified. Experience within a design studio/agency would be preferred.

  • You should demonstrate proven ability to identify and drive HR strategy within a studio environment, and have a passion for culture.

  • You will have comprehensive knowledge of HR practices and systems.  You should be confident with contractual processes, training, and general HR administration.

  • You must be an outstanding communicator, both verbal and written, experienced with working alongside senior management teams.

  • You will have multiple responsibilities so organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and to prioritize successfully is key.

  • You need to be an enthusiastic and collaborative team player with a high degree of integrity and personal responsibility.
