W12 Studios is a looking for a Business Development & Marketing Exec to support the Business Development & Marketing team in managing global new business and marketing opportunities to support W12’s growth strategy.

W12 Studios is a looking for a Business Development & Marketing Exec to support the Business Development & Marketing team in managing global new business and marketing opportunities to support W12’s growth strategy.

As the Business Development and Marketing Executive you will be responsible for researching and contacting prospects, coordinating follow ups, producing introduction & follow up collateral, supporting proposal/pitch production, in addition to conference and award submissions. We’re looking for someone who is highly organised with excellent written and communication skills, and keen to develop their skills in business development, bid management and communications.

  • Research organisations and individuals and to identify new leads and industries, understand their needs and learn who the decision maker and budget holder is.
  • Contacting potential leads vial email or phone to establish a rapport and secure follow up introductory meetings
  • Coordinating multiple stakeholder calendars for meetings/calls
  • Producing preparatory and follow up collateral for client meetings, including but not limited to credential decks, case studies and individual/company insights
  • Prospect attendees for conferences, meetings and industry events
  • Support the Business Development Director and Manager in production of winning proposals and presentations
  • Maintain and grow the case study library
  • Write successful conference speaker proposals and awards submissions

  • 1+ years in Business Development and/or Communications
  • Excellent communication and creative writing skills
  • Ability to work well independently and with creative teams
  • Highly motivated, collaborative and entrepreneurial
  • Strong knowledge for all existing and emerging digital channels
  • A passion for emerging technologies, devices and digital products with a focus on user-centric design
  • Excellent organisational skills
